The access.crista.net website is a means for you to access the information resources you need when away from the office. If you are having difficulties accessing the links on this page, please contact the CRISTA Help Desk at ithelpme@crista.net, or by calling the Help Line at 206.289.7777 during standard business hours for the CRISTA campus in Shoreline, WA (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm PST). For emergencies outside of this period, please follow the steps outlined on the Help Line message.

Outlook Web App (OWA) gives you web access to your email, calendar, contacts, tasks, notes etc. All employees with email accounts have access to this resource.

Access select applications and files from anywhere - via our Citrix remote access solution! This resource is only available to specifically authorized individuals within CRISTA Ministries. (For additional levels of access, please contact IT with manager approval.) If this is your first time using Citrix on a specific computer, please install the software via this link.

There are two ways that you can change your CRISTA Ministries access password as requested or required by the system.

  • If on the CRISTA internal network, you can change your password anytime by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del and then clicking on the Change Password button.
  • To change your password through Outlook Web Access, follow these OWA Instructions.
  • NOTE: If your account is already disabled, please contact the Help Desk at 206.289.7777 for assistance resetting your password.
